Foods Collection

The Foods Collection contains foods that commonly cause sensitivity reactions.  Since we ingest foods into our body, they are very significant in affecting our entire system. 

The first items in the Collection are those foods identified by Dr. Haas as the sensitive seven, those most often found to cause reactions.  The rest of the Collection is an alphabetical listing of the next most reactive foods.
